Cyprus

Cyprus enjoys a warm climate all year. It has

Aegean and Mediterranean coastlines, but
Istanbul offers a more cosmopolitan lifestyle
and a higher buy-to-let opportunity for the

The Aegean coast of Turkey, offers properties in
Bodrum, Altinkum, Kuşadasi, Gumbet, Akbuk
and many other quaint fishing villages.
On the Mediterranean coast is Marmaris, Fethiye,
Side and all the way to Alanya in the west.
Crete

living and a wealth of historical, cultural and
scenic attractions are just some of the reasons
to look for in Crete.
Crete still represents excellent value in
comparison to other Mediterranean areas such as
Spain and Portugal.
There is a large variety in Crete, from
traditional stone built houses to very chic and
modern apartments. On the mainland of Greece,
there is appreciation of approximately 25% per
annum.
The Greek Islands are traditionally a favourite
with purchasers from UK, Crete is the most
popular with 80% of its properties being
purchased by British.
However, Crete, Corfu or Rhodes and other Greek
Islands are more expensive than on the mainland.
